In this monthly series of cooking workshops, you will learn strategies for planning and budgeting for family meals, techniques to make cooking a fun and easy part of your weekly routine, and tips for feeding your kids and helping them to enjoy a variety of foods and flavors. Each session will feature planning tools that you can take home and make your own as well as hands-on experience in the kitchen making recipes that can be adapted to your family’s needs.
