Vegetables don’t have to be boring or an afterthought. This cooking class will feature delicious recipes using seasonal vegetables that will make the whole family want to “eat their vegetables.” Each class will introduce different cooking techniques and feature unique ways to incorporate vegetables in meals and snacks. All recipes will focus on easy, weekday meal options that the whole family can prepare together.
This class is intended for a parent/caregiver + child together. We designed the class for children ages 6-11 years, but if you're interested in coming with an older child, please email us at email@example.com and we can try to accommodate! We just want to ensure the skill level is appropriate for all attendees (and older kids aren't bored!). This is a 4 week series.
