Our new studio will be open in early Spring 2019 and we're hiring cooking and fitness instructors. We're looking to offer our clients a variety of class types and we're open to new ideas for both kids and adults. Here is an idea of the classes we're looking to run:


  • Slow Yoga for Body Awareness

  • Cardio Barre Blend

  • Cardio Kickboxing

  • Pound® Fit

  • Mommy & Me Yoga or other

  • Kid Kickboxing

  • Teen Zumba/Dance Cardio Blend

  • Yoga or structured play for anxiety

  • Younger Child Yoga

  • Teen Yoga

  • Kids tumble hour

  • Prenatal yoga

  • Gentle stretching for 50+


  • Individual

  • Small group (4-6 participants)


  • Kids Cooking Class – Breakfast

  • Kids Cooking Class – Snack Series

  • Little Chefs – ages 3-8 years

  • How to Boil Water – ages 13-18 (preparing teenagers for life on their own with basics)

  • 30-minute Dinners

  • 15-minute Dinners

  • Hands-on Exploration, ages 2-5


  • Anything related to improving health, self-care, health education and more.

Preference will go to through who have experience working with clients with disordered eating, eating disorders, anxiety, depression and other psychiatric co-morbidities and/or who have specific training in HAES®, body positivity, mind-body connection, or mindfulness.
