ELISHA HANLON, MS, RD, LDN
Elisha Hanlon is a Registered Dietitian who enjoys sharing her passion for whole-body nutrition and health. She has a background in wellness consulting, and pairs a foundation in nutritional science with a compassionate approach to help clients create sustainable behavior changes for a healthy mind, soul, and body.
While working as a nutrition assistant at Klarmen’s Eating Disorders Elisha has developed a non-diet and Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy and aligns her counseling approach with this framework. She aims to support clients in moving away from disordered eating and the diet culture, to achieve their goals in wellness, disease prevention, and creating a more positive relationship with food & body. She integrates evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy with principles of intuitive eating and body positivity to embrace each individual’s whole picture and advocate for his or her needs. No matter how busy your life may be, she can help you come up with manageable goals to help keep you accountable on your wellness journey!
Elisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Plymouth State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons College. She completed her Dietetic Internship at Wellness Workdays in Hingham, Massachusetts. Elisha has experience working in a variety of settings including Community Health Centers, Outpatient Clinical Centers, Corporate Wellness, School Nutrition Programs and at McLean Hospital in the Klarman Eating Disorders Center. In her free time Elisha loves to run, travel, relax on the beach, cook, and spend time with her family and friends.
