Classes for Adults

All adult classes can be attended by teens ages 16+ years. Participants under the age of 18 years must be registered by a parent/guardian, and will register for the class under the adult’s name (currently our system doesn’t allow to set a class age range for both kids and adults).

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa can be translated to ‘moving with breath’. In this style class, students will link conscious awareness of breath with mindful movement. Class will consist of a warm up, quicker moving standing sequences, a cool down and short guided meditation. An overall more vigorous class with modifications provided for those newer to the practice or dealing with an injury. Students will leave feeling invigorated, strong as well as calm.
