About Our Movement Classes

Let’s get moving - together!

Is it difficult for you to find enjoyable, empowering and convenient ways to exercise? Well, then you’ve come to the right place. The right community. Our goal is to offer classes that are just that, and more. Nobody is perfect here, and we don’t expect you to be either. Our instructors are here to encourage you, not shame you. They will help you sweat, breathe, strengthen, and relax - while learning about yourself in the process. We want you to leave our classes feeling stronger, more confident, and at peace with your body.

We have two studios offering a variety of classes for both children and adults, including Zumba, yoga, kickboxing, meditation, and more. Aligning with our philosophy about health being full body experience, we’ve paired many of our classes together with a nutrition/food component. Have kids? We’re working to schedule adult classes in our larger studio with kid classes in our smaller studio, so our caregivers can get their bodies moving too!
